Hi, I’m Laura, the founder of Women R.I.S.E. (Rising in Success & Entrepreneurship).
When I started Women R.I.S.E., my vision was clear: create a space where women entrepreneurs could find both the strategy to grow their businesses and the sisterhood to feel truly supported. A place where you can walk in, take a deep breath, and think, “Yes—this is where I belong.”
I know how heavy it can feel to build a business on your own. The doubts, the constant pushing, the desire for growth but without the right support system. Too many women feel isolated in their entrepreneurial journey, even as they’re achieving incredible things. I wanted to change that.
Women R.I.S.E. began as a simple networking event and has grown into a thriving community of women who are redefining success together. Here, ambition meets authenticity. We celebrate wins, hold space for the challenges, and remind each other that we don’t have to carry it all alone.
This community isn’t about surface-level networking or quick exchanges of business cards. It’s about real connection, meaningful collaboration, and rising together in ways that honor both our goals and our well-being. Women R.I.S.E. Marketing Director - Creative Strategist, Rewolf
Caroline is an entrepreneur and founder of Rewolf, a brand consultancy helping conscious founders bring their purpose to life through strategy, storytelling, design and soulful marketing. She began her career in fashion, styling campaigns for clients like Barneys New York and Free People, and later launched her own brand, INDA Creations - a cannabis wellness line rooted in self discovery, intentional living, and healing through nature.
Through building INDA, and later supporting purpose-driven businesses with Rewolf, she’s harnessed the power of shaping not just products, but meaningful stories that connect, inspire, and transform.
As founder of Rewolf and Marketing Director at Women R.I.S.E., Caroline champions heart-led entrepreneurs in aligning and expressing their vision, amplifying their voice, and creating brands that inspire community, impact, and intentional growth.

Women R.I.S.E. Growth Advisor - Founder of Voice and Visibility
Samantha Warren is a Speaker, MC, Podcast Host and the Founder of Voice and Visibility – a Podcast, PR and Media company that helps experts amplify and strengthen their voice in order to become the go-to authority in their industry.
She has advised hundreds of founders, educators, and thought leaders on storytelling, brand authority, and strategic visibility, helping them extract their message, build powerful movements, and scale through podcasting, stages and well positioned content. Her own podcast and online presence has reached hundreds of thousands of people and generated over a million dollars in revenue through speaking, consulting, and media.
For Women RISE, she is our Sponsorship Coordinator and Growth Advisor — helping us expand our vision through powerful sponsor partnerships and sharing her incredible wisdom in business mentorship. -
Kris van Genderen
Women R.I.S.E Social Media Manager — Legacy Filmmaker & Healing Arts Practitioner
Women supporting women creates a ripple of empowerment and connection, and through social media, she helps us spread awareness to amplify our impact and build community.
Kris is a legacy filmmaker, EOL doula, and breathwork facilitator who also loves holding cacao and breathwork sessions to inspire connection and healing. With a background in journalism and over 15 years of filmmaking experience, she blends storytelling, mindfulness, and sacred rituals to help individuals and families preserve their legacies. Through her heartfelt work, Kris celebrates the beauty and sacredness of life’s journey.

Stephanie is a highly trained subconscious coaching expert and is known as the 'secret weapon' to the top 1% of high performers. With over 18 years of experience, she has helped individuals remove mental and emotional blocks quickly and sustainably, enabling them to achieve greater peace, joy, power, and freedom.
Her mission is to provide rapid, effective tools for transformation through the Rapid Rewire Method, impacting thousands worldwide. These tools combine advanced scientific and spiritual methodologies, enabling clients to rewire their brains and evolve into the next level of human potential.
As Events Manager for Women R.I.S.E., Stephanie channels her gift for creating soul-nourishing experiences that bring women together in meaningful connection, inspiration, growth, and empowerment. She’s devoted to cultivating spaces where purpose-driven leaders feel seen, supported, and inspired to awaken possibility, ignite collective transformation, and rise, together.

She guides people out of the mind’s chaos and into the body’s truth—the place where real freedom lives.
Through Body-Based Inquiry and somatic practices, she helps people meet what their bodies are holding with simplicity and compassion. Her work creates the safety and clarity needed to unwind old patterns, release stored tension, and return to a natural state of presence and inner ease.
She’s known for blending deep inner work with grounded, real-world accessibility. No performance. No spiritual gymnastics. Just a direct, embodied path back home to oneself.
Her teaching is rooted in the belief that the body is the most honest source of truth we have—and that healing isn’t complicated, it’s simply unfamiliar. With consistent practice and a supportive container, anyone can reclaim ease, clarity, and a more joyful way of being in the world.
This is the heart of her work: a simple, powerful, embodied approach to personal freedom.

Nestled right in the heart of downtown Boulder, The Riverside is more than just a venue—it’s a space designed for connection and creativity. Overlooking Boulder Creek with its airy windows, warm ambiance, and inviting gathering spaces, it’s the perfect backdrop for women to come together, share ideas, and spark collaboration. The Riverside offers both inspiration and intimacy, making it an ideal home for our Women R.I.S.E. networking events.
Interested in volunteering at one of our next events?
We are looking for volunteers to support our networking events including set up, cleanup, greeting, and providing snacks or non alcoholic drinks. All volunteers will receive a special shout out in addition to a flyer featuring their name, photo, and business info at the event you work at.
